Upcoming 2020 events & appearances

2020 is already shaping up to be one of the busiest years in Wessex Tubas’ history, as we prepare ourselves for a multitude of events across the U.S. and Europe, with more soon to be announced!
During all events listed below, we’ll have a wide range of instruments available for attendees to play test and purchase.
March
13th - 15th, NERTEC 2020: March begins with an appearance at NERTEC 2020, held at Ithaca College and hosted by none other than Dr. David Earll. [CANCELLED]
19th - 21st, SCRTEC 2020: we’re delighted to be exhibiting at Oklahoma State University as part of SCRTEC 2020 where so many talented Tuba, Euphonium and ensemble musicians will be competing to be crowned this year’s winner across a number of specialist categories, including: [CANCELLED]

April
2nd - 4th, SERTEC 2020: following what’s sure to be a busy few days at SCRTEC, we’ll be exhibiting as part of the incredibly popular SERTEC 2020, held at Kennesaw State University where Tuba and Euphonium student, educators and enthusiasts from across the South East will gather together for a weekend full of performances and masterclasses. 17th - 18th, North American Brass Band Association (NABBA): then, Wessex Tubas are off to the Embassy Theatre and Grand Wayne Center, Indiana, for the NABBA Championships 2020. [CANCELLED]
May
1st - 3rd, NWRTEC 2020: Next, we’re off to the University of Oregon for the North West Regional Tuba-Euphonium Conference (NWRTEC) hosted by Michael Grose in the MarAbel B. Frohnmayer Music Building. [CANCELLED]
7th - 10th, GPRTEC 2020: May is turning out to be a busy month as we then arrive in Kearney, Nebraska for The Great Plains Regional Tuba-Euphonium Conference (GPRTEC), where this year’s theme will be ‘Music is better with friends!’. [CANCELLED]
July
8th - 12th, Spain: While, in mid-July, we’ll be exhibiting in Spain for almost a full week of playtesting, demos, meeting new impassioned musicians from across Europe.
