Pitched in Bb with a 0.500″ bore and an 8.46″ bell, the Wessex FB124 flugabone is the perfect crossover instrument for euphonium and baritone players needing to cover trombone parts in marching bands, pep bands, or tight performance setups.
While it resembles a large flugelhorn in profile, this compact marching trombone delivers an authentic, punchy trombone-like tone with direct, front-facing sound projection.
Designed for fluid response and durability on the field, the FB124 features a gold brass leadpipe, stainless steel top-sprung valves, and nickel tuning slides.
At just 3.97 lbs and 19″ in total length, its lightweight, ergonomic layout reduces physical fatigue during extended drills and rehearsals.
Each instrument includes a 6 1/2 C mouthpiece with a small trombone/baritone shank and a lightweight foam-body case for effortless transport.
Whether navigating rapid valve passages on the march or doubling in compact orchestral pits, the FB124 provides versatile tenor projection and dependable mechanical performance.

However, please contact us before returning your item so we can provide you with return labels and a collection booking with our dedicated courier to ensure the safe return of your item/s. When returning the item, it must be in its original packaging and in ’as received’ condition. Please note that shipping charges apply to refund upon return of your item and any damage will also result in reduced refund.
